JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft job advertisements and job postings on various channels
• Pre-screen, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements
• Conduct interview and access the “right” fit
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Administering of contracts
• Resumes’ database management
• Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
• Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
• Clients’ management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Positive, with good initiative
• With or without CEI (Basic) Licence
• Training provided for individual with limited experience
