Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities :

• Collate rough sketches and drawing instructions based on information provided by Projects

• Prepare and submit traffic control, construction, reinstatement, and as-built drawings in different layers

• Assists in drawing revisions, whenever necessary, due to field developments

• Liaise with Projects to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Quantity take-off of piping works, road works and manhours etc.

• Identify variances arising from customer work instructions

• Prepare and submit claims documents for customer approval

• Perform other administrative and reporting duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD drafting. Technical tests will be administered

• Minimum 2 years work experience with NetLink Trust and SingTel pipeline claims submissions

• Knowledge of traffic schemes is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS SharePoint

• Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate with site personnel, engineers and customers

• Able to meet tight project deadlines

• Able to work in a team as well as independently

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Additional Information:

• Workplace located in Kranji (Company transport not provided)

• Projects are executed island-wide, and will require to attend to site

• 5.5 days week, alternate Saturday
