Responsibilities

• Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for semiconductor metrology equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary parts for service tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs). 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a field service engineer, preferably in a metrology semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Experience with defect inspection tool or review tools
• Able to work in cleanroom environment
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
