• Main Contractor
• Up to $5,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities related to structural, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and utilities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on site-related issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards.
• Assist in resolving technical or design issues encountered on site.
• Prepare method statements, progress reports, and other project documentation as required.
• Monitor project schedules and report any deviations or delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure site safety practices are adhered to and participate in toolbox meetings and safety audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant site experience in civil or structural engineering projects.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, codes of practice, and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Project or other scheduling tools.
