We are looking for driven and articulate Phone Surveyors/ Telemarketers/ Senior Telemarketers to join our team. You will initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.

- Setting of appointments with potential clients.

- Uphold professionalism and positivity in all interactions.

Requirements:

- Open exclusively to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents.

- Proficient verbal communication abilities.

- Comfortable in engaging new contacts via telephone.

- Computer literacy (e.g., CRM systems, Google Sheets).

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals.

- Prior experience in telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible hours and work schedule: 3-8 hours/day, 3-5 weekdays/week, 9 to 40 hours/week.

- Work in office at Alexandra (Near Queensway Shopping Centre).

- Work-from-home (WFH) option only available for experienced phone surveyors/ telemarketers/ senior telemarketers.

Compensation:

- Part-Time Hourly Rate: $10-$18

- Full-Time Rate: Negotiable if performance is good.

- Incentives for confirmed appointments.

Progression:

- Part-Time position can be converted to Full-Time position and rates if performance is good.
