Summary

• Salary $3000-$4500 (Based on experience)
• 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• AWS & Bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quantity surveying responsibilities throughout various stages of the project.
• Conduct precise measurement and quantification of materials and scope of work based on drawings and specifications.
• Source and coordinate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and assess progress claims and payment applications for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle and document Variation Orders (VO) arising from design modifications or site instructions.
• Prepare, review, and finalize project accounts, including settlement of Final Accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary goals.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants to address and resolve contractual and commercial matters.
