1) Familier with Architectural works, eg s/s / metail railing, metal grating , metal catladder, gate, column, fencing,etc

2) Familier autocad , Autodesk Revit,Shop drawing preparation for company scope of work, BIM, 3D sketch , , cutting list for work shop /factory fabrication work, Office microsoft words, microsoft excel.

3) coordinating with Professionl engineer for members checking , Pe endorsement , ST submisison , As-built, till get the ST NOA , permit to work, etc.

4) Liase and meeting with Main controctor Archi coordinator on the shop drawing approval, revise submission till final approval for procced works.

5) coordinating the project team, including sub-con, main-con, consultant, PE, purchaser, supplier on members size etc.

6) planning and coordinating design development, project schedule.

7) Support Safety documents, eg WSP, MOS, RA, FFP, etc.

8) making sure that quality of work is consistent.

9) calculate and take off quantity for order material and pass to purchasing department.
