(A) Job Summary:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting survey work throughout all phases of construction, ensuring that measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites are accurate for the project.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize environmental impacts associated with construction activities.
• Assist department heads and site supervisors with all setting out, levelling, and other related surveying work on site.
• Conduct land surveying and measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.
• Perform levelling and traversing to transfer TBM and reference lines accurately.
• Coordinate and plan daily site survey work.
• Prepare setting out drawings for construction purposes.
• Any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as Surveyor, preferably with civil projects.
