Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Autodesk AUTOCAD Mechanical

• Min 2 years' relevant local experience in construction firm

• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge & familiarity with one of the following software: Revit MEP/ AutoCAD will be an advantage.

• Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.

• Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Project Manager/ Project executive

• Provide construction drawings, shop-drawings and as-built drawings to the project team using AutoCAD application according to client's specifications

• Provide assistance to the project team on site measurement

• Perform simple engineering design work and calculations

• Assist the project manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals and preliminary schedules.

• Prepare project organization and communication charts

• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets.

• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

• Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project, Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction.
