Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

1. Understanding, Review and well versed in preparing contract document and drawing.

2. Provide measurement, cost evaluation and quotation support for engineering projects.

3. Preparing Monthly progress claim and certification to Sub contractor claim in a timely manner.

4. In order to ensure the accuracy of monthly claim, it is necessary to measure data on site.

5. Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other engineering/construction related course or above.

2. 2 to 5 years experiences in construction.

3. Handling tender documents and submissions experience is a preference.

4. Proficient in English and Chinese, independent and good attitude.
