Key Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD software for drafting; Revit knowledge is a plus for MEP design
• Ensure CAD drawings meet quality and technical standards
• Update and revise drawings based on mark-ups and project specifications
• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Convert hand sketches into CAD drawings
• Interpret mechanical and process design drawings
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate M&E drawings
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control
• Provide technical support and input during project meetings
• Prepare technical documentation for internal or client submission

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (other relevant qualifications will be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a 2D CAD Drafter in the building and construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MEP drawings, and Microsoft Office
• Able to work both on-site and in office environments
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
