Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update M&E shop drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance
• Assist in design drafting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and regulations
• Maintain and organize drawing records and documentation
• Modify and revise drawings based on project changes or feedback
• Attend site meetings and perform site measurements when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Drafting, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD)
• Understanding of technical drawings, construction details, and building standards
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination drawings
