1. Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.

2. Familiar with the evalution of tender, preparation of tender & quotation, request for quotation.

3. Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects and request for quotation.

4. Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering.

5. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing, and agreement of contract variations.

6. Carry out site measurement.

7. Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments.

8. Review and advise the Contract Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.

9. Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
