Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
- Searching for new subcontractor and supplier
- Preparing of tender documents for RFQ (request for quotation)
- Quotations' checking and comparison
- Procurement Meeting
- Price data reports and other procurement related report.
- Tender support, mainly for pricing and VECD
- Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc.)
- Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' relevant experience in QS or Engineer background with site experience is preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
