- Manage Pre-tender to post-contract stages
- Preparing tender/contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost, estimates and managing cost information
- Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
- Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
- To attend site/consultant meetings, tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Take-off quantity for projects
- Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Price comparison and costing summary
- Ensure smooth flow of all other project administrative function
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors
