Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• Prepare accurate cost estimation for piling works during tender and project planning stages

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of project budgets and forecasts

• Prepare and submit interim valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts

• Liaise with main contractor, sub-contractors and engineers regarding overall services

• Attending site meetings with relevant teams on all matters relating to the project variation

• Monitor project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with contract conditions

• Handle contractual claims including variations, delay notices, and extensions of time

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers to support successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or a related field

• Min 2 - 4 years relevant experience

• Good working knowledge in construction piling projects

• Able to meet challenging work demands and tight schedules

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Independent and resourceful

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work

• Proficient in QS software

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
