Key Responsibilities:

Tender Stage:

1. Manage tender documents, drawings, and corrigendum according to document control processes.
2. Verify tender drawings and prepare tender enquiries.
3. Assist in calling for quotations, selecting subcontractors/vendors, and distributing tender documents.
4. Perform quantity take-offs within set timelines.
5. Assist with tender evaluation and preparation of tender documents for submission.

Execution Stage:

1. Conduct site verifications of variations and record claims.
2. Assist project managers in evaluating and certifying completed work.
3. Verify subcontractor claims and monitor progress of claims submission and payment.
4. Monitor orders in execution and report on balance amounts.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
2. Knowledge and experience in M&E systems.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
5. Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and skill sets.
6. Independent worker with minimal supervision required.
