• Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction Contractor
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: North-East (Nearest MRT: Kovan)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all tasks associated with Quantity Surveyor responsibilities.
• Prepare cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations.
• Engage in tender preparation and participation.
• Develop technical details and costings for tender submissions.
• Manage payment claims, verify payments to subcontractors, and ensure all contract variations are accounted for, including tracking variation orders.
• Perform additional Contracts Administration duties.
• Handle various ad hoc tasks as required.
