Graduate Surveyor Program: 

Description: 

1. Follow a 12 month development plan created for Graduate Surveyor Program
2. Shadow and work alongside experience seniors to gain hands-on experience on the following: 
3.  Conduct on-site inspections to assess defects, workmanship, verify progress, and identify potential issues early.
4. Compile sharp, professional reports (complete with photos, notes, and technical observations) that clients and senior management trust for decision-making.
5. Tender procurement 
6. Monitor project milestones and timelines, ensuring works are progressing according to schedule and scope.
7. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify findings and push for timely resolutions.
8. Documentation and reporting for clients and stakeholders
9. Work closely with mentors to develop skills in problem solving, decision making and leadership.
10. Gain deep understanding of building surveying and build a successful career in building surveying and project management.
