Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical and electrical AutoCAD drawings for design proposals, schematic/single-line drawings, site construction and as-built.
• Act as initial contact other departments, ensure the AutoCAD drawings are updated.
• Produce engineering drawings for dimensional accuracy, fit and conformity to drafting and design standards and specifications.
• Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD.
• Specify the details of the project through drawings and relevant materials.
• Develop a plan and specifications according to clients' need.

Requirements:

• Supervise and distribute work to AutoCAD Drafter counterpart in Singapore.
• Organise, maintain and safekeeping of AutoCAD drawings.
• Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools.
• Fresh graduate (ITE Diploma) preferable.
• Must have at least three to five years QS and M&E drafting experience in Singapore.
• Good time management skills to work on deadlines.
• Singaporean or PR preferable.
