Duties & Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prepare quantity take-offs for tendering and cost estimation purposes
- Source and obtain quotations for various trades, conduct price comparisons, and perform cost analysis
- Identify and raise tender queries or discrepancies in design promptly for clarification
- Manage tender correspondence and ensure all addenda and document revisions are updated accordingly
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submissions, including tender qualifications
- Perform additional quantity surveying duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in main building construction tenders
- Strong ability to read and interpret building drawings and specifications
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with digital quantity surveying tools such as CostX or Glodon is a plus
