Responsibilities
Requirements
- Prepare monthly progress claim for Clients and Sub-contractors
- Take off quantities from drawings as required
- Check and tally cutting list items with bill of quantities
- Liaise with client QS for quantity take off and clarifications
- Follow up with client QS/Accounts for payment
- Prepare quotations for clients as directed
- Assist in tender preparations
- Any other duties as specified by Directors
Requirements
- Good communications skills, able to interact with people
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- Proficient in Autocad
- Able to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
