Job Description:
Requirements:
- lead the tendering process
- prepare tender documentation
- submit quotation or tender document
- estimate construction cost in competitive manner
- monitor monthly progress
- process claims and contractual payment
- negotiate and award sub-contractors
- attend site meeting and assist supervisors in letter/report writing and corresponding contract issues
- responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
- order paint materials correctly and follow up with the delivery status
Requirements:
- degree in quantity surveyor or equivalent
- at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
- good in English communication (very important!) Must be confident on talking to clients and suppliers!
- good in attitude and must be willing to learn.
- Prefer someone who has at least 1 years' working experience in SG as a QS!!!
