JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be attached to the Infrastructure Dept, reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your work tasks include but not limited to the following:

• Evaluate and review contractual documents prior to signing contract agreements.
• Support on commercial and technical proposals for tender.
• Study and understand the tender documents and engineering drawings.
• Perform quantity take off from tender drawing/details.
• File and maintain a proper and complete set of tender documents.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and liaise with client to resolve construction matters.
• Assist in the Company's Integrated Management System procedures & implementation.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

• Able to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
