About This Role
1. Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction, including topographic and as-built data collection.
2. Perform pre-computation and verify survey data accuracy before site setting out.
3. Prepare engineering documents for client approval and oversee on-site installation and monitoring of instruments.
4. Attend project meetings, support schedule control, and oversee data processing, analysis, and reporting.
5. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, design teams, and stakeholders for alignment and execution.
6. Prepare and review sketches and drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
7. Liaise with consultants and contractors as part of ongoing project coordination.
8. Maintain and update drawing files; make revisions per Section Heads' instructions and meeting outcomes.
9. Ensure drawing compliance with regulations and coordinate changes with clients and contractors.
10. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
11. Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly instrumentation reports.
12. Analyze and interpret instrumentation data, and provide recommendations to the Project Manager (PM) and Construction Manager (CM).
Skills Required
1. Well verse in surveying technology and equipment.
2. Proven track record in land surveying.
3. Understand geotechnical instrumentation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
*May required to work OT when necessary.
*This role is on 5.5 days workweek and work location is currently located at the central.
