• Wokring hours: 830am - 5.15pm Mon to Fri
• Location: Singapore East, near Expo MRT

Job Scope

• Manage full spectrum of QS duties including measurements, cost planning, tender evaluations, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Lead procurement processes, conduct tender analysis, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project cost efficiency.
• Conduct project meetings, provide contractual advice, and support dispute resolution and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years' experience in Singapore's building construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
