We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• \tPrepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• \tAble to do cost estimation independently and accurately

• \tTaking off quantity for tender

• \tFinal account preparation

• \tMonthly progress claim

• \tCertification of sub-contract works

• \tLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors

• \tAll other related works

Requirements:

• \tDegree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University

• \tMin 2 - 4 years' relevant experience

• \tGood working knowledge in Residential projects, Building & M & E

• \tGood knowledge of local rules and regulations

• \tAble to handle take-off, tender etc

• \tOnly Singaporeans and PR
