We are looking for the Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter to support our construction and design teams. The role involves both cost estimation and the preparation of details drawing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ and project budgets
2. Assist in tender preparation, contract administrations and procurement process
3. Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments and evaluations
4. Monitor project cost and financial progress
5. Supporting in preparing valuation, final accounts and cost reports
6. Coordinate with architects, designer and site team to ensure the drawing accurate
7. Maintain organized drawing records and documentations
8. Provide any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

1. Degree / Diploma in the relevant filed study
2. 2-3 years working experience in Singapore
3. Proficiency in Mircosoft Excel, world, Power point & AutoCAD
4. Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
