Construction company requires Architectural Drafter , must be able to coordinate and prepare Architectural drawings on high-end residential projects and all other construction - related activities. Minimum 4 to 5 years experience. The applicatant mus have the following

1. Team work mind set

2. Liaising with sub-contractors, consultants and clients.

3. Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, including subcon and update status of shop drawings etc...

4. Compile and hand over architectural documentation and drawings, include as-built drawin submission for high-end residential projects..
