- Use AutoCAD software to prepare detailed construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics for various building and infrastructure projects.
- Work with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and produce accurate technical drawings.
- Able to create and modify 2D and 3D models to represent the project's design and layout.
- Ensure that all AutoCAD drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to meet design changes or client feedback.
- Maintain an organized library of AutoCAD files and project documentation.
- Prepare and present drawings and models to clients and project teams for review and approval.
- Monitoring of sample submission, update status of drawings and materials approval status of drawing, etc
- Perform site supervision for architectural works
- Supervision of architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
- Open to potential local and overseas canditate.
