Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Identify, price, and forecast the cost of construction materials needed for the project based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, and labor requirements.
- Prepare and compile all tender-related submissions, including contracts, pricing, drawings, bill of quantities, terms and conditions, scope of work, and specifications.
- Liaise with site engineers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related construction discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management in Singapore.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Required skills(s): Proficient in computer, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contracts, and cost control principles.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coordination skills, and a team player.
- Highly motivated, and self-driven with initiative to work independently and able manage multiple tasks effectively.
