Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and structural drawings, including external works, drains, sewer lines, RC trenches, and linkways based on design sketches or markups from Engineers.

• Develop structural layout plans from architectural and structural design intent.

• Produce accurate and detailed drawings in compliance with LTA and PUB requirements.

• Coordinate and incorporate engineers' and authority feedback into submission drawings.

• Organise and maintain an updated filing system for drawings, plans, and submission documentation.

• Prepare and update As-Built drawings and support documentation for submission.

• Perform other drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil/structural drafting, particularly in external works and infrastructure-related projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of BCA submission standards, LTA road and drain alignment, and PUB sewer and drainage guidelines.

• Experience in coordinating with authority submission requirements (e.g., PUB DC, LTA RCC, NParks).

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with engineers and consultants.
