Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts specific to piling and foundation works.
- Conduct quantity take-offs based on piling drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and site teams on work progress and commercial matters.
- Evaluate and verify subcontractor and supplier claims related to piling materials and services.
- Assist in procurement processes for piling-related materials and services.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, claims, and correspondence.
- Monitor project costs and highlight any deviations from the budget.
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project or Commercial Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in foundation or piling works.
- Familiar with construction contract terms and piling work processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
