Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist in preparing 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Support the production of CSD (Combined Services Drawing) and SEM (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) drawings under guidance.
- Coordinate with senior drafters and engineers to ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings.
- Assist in updating and maintaining M&E drawings throughout the project.
- Work with BIM consultants to help develop basic BIM models and construction documents.
- Support clash detection reviews and model coordination.
- Help prepare as-built drawings for submission.
- Assist in preparing formwork and fabrication shop drawings.
- Attend internal meetings and learn to collaborate across departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; basic knowledge of Revit and BIM software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about BIM workflows and coordination practices.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow guidance from senior staff.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work extra hours during peak project periods, including weekends if necessary.
