Job Description:

Prepare tender cost submission /pricing / quantity take off / costevaluation

Obtaining quotations, liaising andnegotiate with sub-contractors andsuppliers

Responsible for measuring quantitiesand taking off

Prepare Variation Orders, claims andfinal accounts,

Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments

All other QS related job

Job Requirement:

Degree / Diploma in Building or itsequivalent

Able to work independently

At least3 years of working experiencewith main contractor

Computer literacy (MS Office).
