Quantity Surveyor

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Office Location: Eunos (409459)
• Salary: $2800 - $3800

Roles and Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor in terms of quality, timeline, price, terms, deliveries, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers & logistic department to ensure smooth end-to-end logistic flow.
• Assist and support design team in material sample requisition for the assigned Project by the Superior.
• Coordinate with project team to understand their procurement requirement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS/ Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferred applicant with Interior / Construction related field.
