Role:

Quantity Surveyor (Tender / 5 Days / Up to $3600)

• Singapore Based (City Hall)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary: $3000 to $3600
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying + 1-3 years' working experience related to main building tenders
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings + Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal

Roles & Responsibilities

• To carry out taking off quantities.
• To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification.
• Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents.
• To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
• To perform other QS duties as assigned.
