Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post
• PC Literate (MS word / Excel)
• 5-day work week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers
• Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation
• Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities
