Collaborate closely with interior designers and/or clients, understanding project requirements and translating them into compelling visuals.

Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces, incorporating furniture, fixtures, finishes, and carpentry.

Generate photorealistic renderings that effectively communicate the design intent, functionality, and aesthetic of the space to clients.

Prepare precise drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and other custom elements.

Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of 3D models and materials to streamline project workflows.

Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity throughout the process.

Be Pro-active in staying at the forefront of 3D modeling software and emerging trends in interior design.

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Drafter within an architectural or interior design firm.

Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.

A strong understanding of fundamental interior design principles, spatial planning, and construction detailing.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
