Job Description & Requirements

- Preparation and submission of shop drawings/as-built drawings to client and follow up on approval of drawings

- Incharge of all drawings development required by the project

- Supporting the Project Team with technical delivery using AutoCAD

- Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements

- Attend site meeting when required

- Other adhoc duties assign by superior

- Candidate will be station at office and site to support all projects

Requirements

- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, Sketchup & etc

- Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization

- Experience in commercial and residential projects will be an advantage

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

- Required Language : English and Mandarin / Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customers
