Job Descriptions:
Job Requirements:
- Managed and prepared measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.
- Prepare contract documents according to the regulations.
- Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved.
- Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
- Communicate with the management and subcontractors and keep track of the subcontract's progression.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building a project, or similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, will be an advantage.
- Having done Additions and Alteration projects will be an advantage.
- Location: Pasir Ris.
