Job Description:
  • In charge of assisting BME/FM server setup and ensure project completion in high quality.
  • Responsible for handling the BAU tasks related to solution deployed.
  • Taking charge of maintaining the solution to make sure it meets the SLA, and response to any production incident, security incident or change request.
  • Have deep understanding of how IT infrastructure works, to ensure the solution delivered following the best infra practice.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by RO.

Requirement
  • Min Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience, including managerial, data center IT infrastructure, System Design and management experience for Engineer position.
  • Deep understanding of various infra tools, such as monitoring tool, automation tool, patching tool, file transfer tool etc.
