Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- Take off quantities and participate in both private and public project tenders.
- Assess and submit monthly progressive claims and recommend subcontractor's monthly progress payments.
- Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.
- Responsible to prepare necessary documentation from shortlisting to award contracts, including evaluation, comparison and recommendation processes.
- Monitor, record and manage all correspondences, meeting minutes, variation orders relevant to the sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Award subcontracts and prepare all related subcontract documents.
- Source and purchase materials and related products needed for production.
- Finalise main contract and subcontract's final account.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of local working experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Meticulous, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Verbal and written)
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
