• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Admiralty
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity surveying tasks, including measurement take-offs and monthly progress claim pricing comparisons, and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Conduct cost estimation and manage payments to subcontractors.
• Handle and follow up on progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and final account settlements with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with procurements and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Participate in meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Manage both pre-contract and post-contract administration tasks.
• Support tender evaluations by analyzing costings for tender submissions and preparing tender documents when required.
• Assist with cost planning and implementing cost control measures.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager or designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work for payment processing.

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the builder's industry.
• With knowledge in cost estimation, cost control, and QS practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
