- Preparation of Tender and Cost Anaylsis.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance to schedule.
- Prepare and follow up of progress claims.
- Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value.
- Prepare work orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub contractors final accounts
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to travel around Singapore and be based on site.
Other information:
- This position will be office and site based.
