Summary:
The role involves conducting feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labor costs; preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts; coordinating work efforts; and providing advice on a range of legal and contractual matters. Additionally, the position includes valuing completed work and arranging for timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
• Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in office renovation setting
• Team player & excellent initiative skills
