Core responsibilities:
Job Specification:
- Responsible for contract documentation.
- Responsible for taking off measurement and preparation of tender submission.
- Responsible for handling running project.
- Review the subcontractor's quotation for completeness and prepare comparison for GM's approval.
- Ensure timely and completeness of taking off.
- Submit return to relevant authority.
- Assist to prepare project budget including monitoring on regular basis.
- Prepare progress claims to Clients.
- Prepare sub-contractors' claims.
- Prepare quotation to clients.
- Prepare works order to sub-contractor.
Job Specification:
- Bilingual English/Chinese as your will be liaising with English & Chinese speaking clients & contractors.
- Understand architectural requirement under SIA form of contracts.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office.
