Job Details:

• Position: AutoCAD Drafter / BIM Drafter
• Location: North / East / West
• Salary: $3k-$5k (Basic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Interpret and incorporate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafts.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update project documentation and drawing archives.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of drafting standards and practices.
• Diploma or certification in drafting, design, architecture, or related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in drafting for structural/ M&E construction.
