Quantity Surveyor for Established Architecture Firm
Skills:
- Assist the project architect in cost & contract management of projects.
- Working with the architect to prepare cost estimates & cost plans.
- Management of the tender process for main contractors, interior fit out contractors and other specialist contractors.
- Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
- Preparation of tender specifications.
- Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
- Value management & cost management for tenders received.
- Checking the measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
- Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.
Skills:
- Recognised Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Proficient in QS software and application.
- Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic.
- An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
