- Location: Current office at Kranji, office will move soon to Tuas (Walking distance 5 mins from MRT Tuas)
- Working Days: 5 days
- Working Time: 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
- Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
- Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
- Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in construction industry
